60% chance per hit to generate Deviant Particles (picking them up puts you in a Charging state). Max held particles +10.
In Charging state, consumes Deviant Particles for a charged shot, launching a penetrating ice spike, dealing Ice Elemental DMG equal to 110% Attack (benefits from Frost Vortex DMG bonus, deals 20% damage to Metas).
Ice Elemental DMG +30%. Each charged shot increases Ice Elemental DMG by 8% for 15s, stacking up to 3 times.
