Rules worth checking twice
Does Once Human support cross-progression on PS5 and Xbox?
Yes. Once the correct game and console identities are linked, progress can synchronize across supported PC, mobile and console platforms.
Is linking the same as merging accounts?
No. Linking exposes one game account on another platform. It does not combine two character histories.
What happens if both accounts already have characters?
Only one account's characters can be retained; the other side's characters are discarded. Official guidance recommends using another empty account if both histories must be preserved. Protection also exists for accounts with characters created more than 30 days ago, but do not rely on it as your only safeguard.
Can one PSN or Xbox account link to multiple game accounts?
No. One PSN or Xbox account can link to only one Once Human game account.
Can I immediately unlink a wrong account?
No. Current guidance places a 30-day wait on unlinking PSN/Xbox accounts, with exceptional cases directed to in-game customer service.
Can I relink a different PlayStation account later?
Platform-specific relinking restrictions may apply even after unlinking. Confirm the current policy with official support before assuming a different PSN identity can replace the first.
Can the same account stay logged in on PC and console?
No. A new login on another platform logs the previous device out.
When should I claim console carryover rewards?
Official launch guidance recommends completing account linking first and claiming eligible rewards afterward to reduce ownership or visibility problems.
How do I contact customer support?
Use the in-game menu: Feedback & Customer Support → Bug report → Other bugs. Include platform, region, server, character and timestamps where possible, but never credentials.
